* Oversee court document processing and retrieval.
* Maintain detailed legal records and coordinate effectively with attorneys, courts, and administrative staff.
* Assist in document management, trial preparation, and provide comprehensive case support.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal in real estate litigation, including NYSCEF filing expertise.
* Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification is preferred.
* Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and legal document management systems.
* Familiarity with MyCase software is a significant advantage.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
