We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans

* Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians

* Monitor and report changes in resident conditions, medication side effects, and other relevant information

* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

* Provide emotional support and compassion to residents and their families

Requirements:

* Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida

* 1 year of experience

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

* Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and compassion to our residents

Work Schedule:

* Full-time position, working 7p-7:30a, Monday-Friday

Compensation:

* $28-$31 hourly, depending on experience
