Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our long-term and rehabilitation patients
* Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Conduct regular assessments, administer medications, and provide wound care as needed
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Participate in therapy and rehabilitation programs to promote patients' overall health and well-being
* Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
* Current RN licensure in the state of Florida
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Compensation:
* Salary: $33 - $36 HOURLY (commensurate with experience)
