Compensation: $150,000-$250,000 base + bonus potential

The Role

As Attorney Manager - Plaintiff Trial Team Leader, you will oversee and develop a team of trial attorneys while remaining actively involved in litigation. This role is ideal for a seasoned trial lawyer who enjoys mentoring others, driving performance, and shaping case strategy while still practicing law at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, train, and mentor a team of 4-6 trial or litigation attorneys , along with support staff

* Oversee case strategy from intake through litigation, trial, or resolution

* Provide hands-on guidance with trial preparation, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and negotiations

* Ensure consistent quality, accountability, and performance across the team

* Manage workflow, staffing, and day-to-day case operations

* Reinforce firm systems, procedures, and performance standards

* Serve as a visible litigation leader while developing the next generation of firm leadership

Requirements

Qualifications

* Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

* Active Texas Bar license (required)

* 5+ personal injury jury trials , including first-chair experience

* Deep knowledge of Texas personal injury law and litigation practice

* Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

* Prior management or mentoring experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements:

* TX Bar license

* 5+ years of personal injury trial experience

* Willingness to work in-office

* Relocation support available
