Quality Inspector/Technician – Plastics Department

Shifts:

1st Shift, starting at 6:00 AM

2nd Shift, starting at 2:00 PM

Pay:

$19–$22/hour, based on experience

Type:

90-Day Contract-to-Hire

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector/Technician to join our Plastics Department. This role focuses on inspecting plastic components, ensuring they meet strict quality standards, and supporting production with accurate documentation. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, follows processes precisely, and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Experience with plastics inspection or manufacturing is a plus

Strong observation, measurement, and documentation skills

Reliable and safety-conscious

Responsibilities

Inspect plastic parts and assemblies for defects and quality compliance

Document inspection results accurately

Work closely with production to address quality issues

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety protocols and quality standards
