NC Cut Quality Inspector / Technician – 1st Shift
Pay: $18–$22/hr | 90-Day Contract-to-Hire
We are hiring a NC Cut Quality Inspector / Technician for 1st shift. This role is responsible for inspecting, verifying, and documenting part quality from NC cutting operations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and customer requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect NC-cut parts and materials for accuracy, dimensions, and defects
Verify cuts match drawings, specifications, and work orders
Document inspection results and maintain quality records
Communicate issues to production, engineering, and supervisors
Support continuous improvement and corrective action activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications
Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred
Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Basic measurement tool knowledge (calipers, gauges, tapes, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
