Job Description
* Plan, manage, and oversee municipal construction projects from initiation to completion.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals align with client requirements.
* Monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
* Manage project teams, including contractors and sub-contractors, to ensure quality and safety standards.
* Prepare and present progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges promptly.
* Ensure compliance with all municipal regulations and construction standards.
* Support continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned from projects.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Municipal should have:
* A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience managing municipal construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and budgeting.
* Familiarity with relevant municipal regulations and standards.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Problem-solving skills to address challenges during project execution.
