* Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care across all departments.
* Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition, ensuring timely interventions.
* Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Candidate requirements
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
* Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nevada.
* Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in an acute care or hospital setting.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
* Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
