* Provide direct patient care to individuals across various age groups and medical conditions.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments , document histories, and develop individualized care plans .
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions .
* Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
* Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation .
Candidate requirements
* Required:
* Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing .
* Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License .
* Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience .
* Current CPR certification .
* Licensed driver with an insured automobile (in good repair) and a clean driving record .
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
* Preferred:
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) .
* Public Health Nurse (PHN) certification .
