Locations: Northern Virginia: Alexandria, Annandale, Arlington, Ashburn, Burke, Falls Church, Manassas, Springfield, Vienna, Woodbridge
Available Shift: Weekend Only

What You'll Do:
* Provide hands-on support with daily living (meals, hygiene, meds, etc.)
* Help individuals explore their community and build relationships
* Keep accurate notes and work closely with your team
* Be a positive, reliable presence in someone's life
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Required:
* Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
* Ability to cook and manage household tasks.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to show empathy and understand the needs of individuals with disabilities.
* Willingness to learn and participate in job-specific training and ongoing professional development.
* Basic computer skills for documentation, communication, and training purposes.
Physical Demands
* Requires light and/or heavy lifting, repetitive bending, sight, hearing, and ability to move with ease.
* Must be able to climb, bend, stoop, push, lift, pull, reach, sit and walk for periods of time.
Working Environment
* Indoor and Outdoor program site and various community locations.
