Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: West Hollywood, CA 90048
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate:
Gross Weekly: $960/-weekly ($24/-hr on W2)
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of healthcare admin assistant experience - Required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Preferred
Job Duties:
* Manage the Division Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics to ensure seamless daily operations.
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative needs within the division.
Scheduling & Coordination: Create and manage Outlook calendar invites for faculty, leadership, and division meetings.
* Organize division-related events, conferences, and special projects.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and reimbursements for the Division Director and other team members as needed.
* Operations & Communication: Act as a liaison between the Division Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication
