Position: Staff Accountant
Location: On-Site - Cleveland, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (DOE)

What You'll Do:
* Process bi-weekly payroll for ~300 employees using Paychex
* Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Assist with month-end closings, maintain the general ledger, and handle intercompany transactions
* Support HR functions, including benefits administration and employee questions
Who We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting
* 5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or similar environment preferred)
* Skilled in QuickBooks, Paychex, and Microsoft Office
* Detail-oriented, collaborative, and ready to take initiative
