What You Will Be Doing?
* Conducting insurance policy analysis
* Drafting pleadings and preliminary motions
* Managing written and document discovery
* Taking and defending depositions
* Participating in oral arguments in court
* Handling discovery disputes and motion practice, including summary judgment motions
* Assisting with trial preparation and case strategy
