Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while also maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Prepare and review construction cost estimates and accounting documents.
* Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
* Facilitate communication between contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
* Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to plans.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction projects.
* Strong understanding of construction accounting and cost estimating.
* Experience in retail and restaurant construction is preferred.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
