HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in the Food & Beverage industry in St. Paul, MN!
Salary: $33+ an hour
Shift: Day Shift 6 am - 6 pm, rotating 2-2-3 schedule
Location: St. Paul, MN
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production, packaging, processing equipment, and utility systems.
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
* Ensure machinery and equipment are operating efficiently to minimize downtime.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
* Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential equipment issues.
* Collaborate with the production team to improve equipment performance.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
* Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
* Provide technical support and training to other maintenance personnel.
Education Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Technical or vocational training in maintenance-related fields is preferred.
Required Certifications:
* Must have at least a First Class B Boiler License
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints.
* Experience with refrigeration, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in an industrial setting.
* Willingness to work night shifts and overtime as needed.
