J ob Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Chief Genomic Officer (CGO) in a fast-paced, high-level executive environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with discretion and efficiency. This is an on-site temporary position located in West Hollywood, CA.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain the Chief Genomic Officer's calendar, schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
* Organize meetings and events, coordinate room bookings, prepare meeting materials, and facilitate attendee participation
* Coordinate all logistics related to CGO initiatives and office operations
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of assigned projects
* Support ongoing strategic, research, and academic initiatives related to genomics
* Perform other administrative and support duties as required
Required Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience as a senior-level or executive assistant
* Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred
* Strong computer proficiency (Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.)
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
* Experience supporting senior leadership, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines
* High level of discretion and professionalism
Preferred Skills:
* Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* Proven ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
