Litigation Attorney - Full-time
Location: Dallas, TX
Required Qualifications:
* 8+ years of insurance defense experience
* Experience in areas of commercial transportation and premises liability
* Texas licensed
* Billing experience
* Strong knowledge of law, court procedures, and legal principles
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in legal work
* Previous experience in litigation
* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
* Admission to the Texas bar and in good standing in the state where practicing
Job Description
* Working as a Litigation Attorney
* Drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
* Conducting legal research and analyzing legal issues
* Representing clients in court trials and proceedings
* Conducting depositions and interviewing witnesses
* Working independently and remotely
