Litigation Attorney
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in San Antonio. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling all phases of the litigation process from inception to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting legal research and analysis
* Preparing legal documents, including pleadings and motions
* Representing clients in court hearings and trials
* Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients
* Collaborating with legal team members and clients
Requirements:
* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
* Active license to practice law in Texas
* 1+ years of experience in litigation, plaintiff focused preferred
* Strong knowledge of federal and state litigation procedures
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
