This hybrid executive assistant role supports both the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer by managing calendars, communications, and logistics for meetings and events. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with responsibilities spanning administrative, financial, and board-related tasks. Flexibility and discretion are key, as the role involves handling sensitive information and adapting to evolving priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage calendars, correspondence, and meeting logistics for the Executive Director and CFO.

* Coordinate Board of Trustees activities, including data management, intranet updates, and meeting preparation.

* Draft and proofread reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.

* Process financial documents such as invoices, AMEX bills, and budget tracking using Concur.

* Assist with planning and execution of major events like the Annual Meeting and Finance Committee sessions.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree and proven experience in executive or administrative support, preferably in a non-profit setting.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Concur, Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, and ability to learn Salesforce.

* Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills with attention to detail.

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation: $60,000-65,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
