Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and implement process improvements while tracking key quality metrics.
* Oversee Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to ensure product readiness.
* Enhance process and product capabilities to boost performance indicators.
* Act as the primary liaison for customer and supplier quality concerns.
* Manage internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
* Provide support for Six Sigma projects, offering expertise in problem-solving.
* Train and mentor a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians to achieve quality goals.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
* Experience: 7-10 years in quality management within a manufacturing setting.
* Knowledge: Proficiency in ISO 9001, automotive quality standards, and Six Sigma (CQE/Black Belt is advantageous).
* Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in Minitab and Access.
