- Program Management
* Responsible for the management of the Professional Services and Custom Development JIRA boards and ensuring tickets are assigned and completed by deadline
* Responsible for ensuring that resources have at minium 6 weeks of reservations lined up at the billability targets identified for each resource type
* Responsible for managing implementation CPI
* Plan and coordinate deliverables for:
+ Multi-phase, long term projects
+ High revenue impact / high visibility projects
+ Milestone / T&E Not to Exceed projects
* Committees
+ Attend stand-ups for
- Project Implementation (participant)
- Custom Development (participant)
- PMO (leader)
+ Attend Executive Steering Committee meetings with the customer
* Forecasting
+ Identify project resource needs in both the short (3 months) and medium (12 months) term
- Project Backlog
- Ongoing Implementations
- Custom Development
- Net New Sales Opportunities
- Back to Base Sales Opportunities
* Conflict Resolution
+ Serve as the next level of escalation above the implementation specialist
+ Work with the implementer and management to determine the best course of approach
* Billable Utilization
+ Strive to achieve a team billable utilization of 70% or greater- Continuing Education
* Continuous of improvement of FacilityForce product knowledge
* Maintain the Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP Certification/Recertification within 5 years* Bachelor of Science or Arts* PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified* Experience with CMMS, IWMS or FRP software* Adept with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) or equivalent* Interest in software implementation and project management* Strong interpersonal skills:
+ Ability to actively listen to clients and colleagues
+ Ability to be a leader and a consultant - to remain calm under pressure, problem solve and be practical
+ Ability to communicate effectively, convey complex ideas, provide best practice recommendations and foster trust
+ Ability to serve as a mentor and leader* Strong Documentation Skills
+ Ability to review, update and maintain documentation
+ Ability to understand, record and assist with the prioritization of business requirements, issues, risks, action items and decisions
+ Ability to break down complex processes into step by step instructions* Program Management Skills
+ Ability to demonstrate flexibility in the role and the tasks assigned to meet project objectives
