Serve as an expert user of the payment processing system, providing data analysis and cross-functional support for designated department leads and various team members across the association.

Provide training for end users, supporting staff onboarding as well as annual staff readiness needs.

Ensure compliance and consistency in Standard Operating Procedures.

Reconcile, resolve, and support collection of Accounts Receivable through monthly monitoring of financial reports.

Provide routine communications advising association, district and branch management on the accounts receivable status and write‑off potentials.

Daily communications with Y team members and customers regarding outstanding balances.

Responsible for billing, tracking and reporting of usage, payments and receivable balances related to Third Party agreements.

Perform periodic audits and monitor all financial and billing records to maximize monthly revenue and minimize bad debt.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor and appearance with a Servant Leadership attitude.

Respond to all customer and community inquiries আৰু complaints in a timely manner.

Participate in team meetings as needed.

Other duties as needed to support the Association.
