Waterproofing Foreman – Commercial & Residential Construction

Pay Range:
$23–$29 per hour

About the Role Crown Roofing & Waterproofing
is hiring an experienced
Waterproofing Foreman
to lead crews on commercial and residential waterproofing projects throughout Florida. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for crew supervision, quality control, safety compliance, and project execution.
If you have experience leading waterproofing or construction crews and understand membranes, coatings, sealants, and building codes, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead waterproofing crews on active job sites
Assign daily tasks and manage production schedules
Oversee installation of waterproofing systems (membranes, coatings, sealants)
Conduct site inspections and identify scope, risks, and solutions
Enforce
OSHA
standards and company safety policies
Ensure work complies with
Florida Building Code (FBC)
Coordinate with management on materials, timelines, and labor
Perform quality control inspections
Complete daily reports, labor tracking, and material usage
Be available for
24/7 emergency response
as required
Required Experience & Skills
Prior experience as a
Waterproofing Foreman, Supervisor, or Lead
Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems and construction practices
Ability to read blueprints and manufacturer specifications
Basic OSHA and FBC knowledge
Strong leadership, communication, and crew management skills
Valid driver’s license
Basic computer skills for reporting
Physical & Job Requirements
Ability to lift
50 lbs+
Comfortable working at heights (no fear of heights)
Ability to climb ladders and work on flat and sloped roofs
Able to stand for long periods
Able to work in extreme heat and varying weather conditions
Good vision, hearing, balance, and verbal communication
Reliable and dependable—projects run on strict timelines
