HR MANAGER - Human Resources Manager

Seeking a Human Resources Manager that will be responsible for managing various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new employees. Collaborate with departmental managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.

* Serve as a trusted resource for employees and management on HR-related matters. Address employee concerns, conduct performance evaluations, and manage disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.

* Partner with leadership to develop and execute talent strategies that support organizational goals. Implement initiatives for employee development, succession planning, and retention.

* Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Review and update HR policies and practices as needed to maintain legal and ethical standards.

* Design and implement learning programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

* Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and record-keeping. Utilize HRIS and other tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

* Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.

Education and Experience:

* 5 + Years of human resource management experience preferred.

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

* Bilingual in English & Spanish

* SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 Per Year
