Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage and lead Agile/Scrum teams for R&D projects.
* Oversee project scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
* Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Facilitate technical reviews and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
* Drive stakeholder communication and knowledge sharing.
* Manage end-to-end project execution across multiple departments.
* Provide leadership, resolve team performance issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
Experience Required
* 4+ years of experience in project management within global companies, preferably in healthcare.
* Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams on complex programs.
Skills & Certifications
* Strong project management and Agile/Scrum expertise.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management.
* Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
* Strategic thinking, process improvement, and risk management.
Eligibilities & qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred but not required).
* PMP or Scrum Master Certification preferred.
* Healthcare or medical device/technology industry experience preferred.
