Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide vital signs and document resident information accurately and thoroughly
* Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration as needed
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
* Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
* Participate in therapy and rehabilitation programs to enhance resident outcomes
* Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
* Current CNA certification
* 1 year of experience as a CNA
* Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and medical terminology
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
