Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our per diem team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. As a per diem RN, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents, while working in a dynamic and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care to residents, including administration of medications, wound care, and treatment plans
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the medical director and care team
* Participate in shift reports and communicate effectively with colleagues
* Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Requirements:
* Current RN license in the state of Florida
* 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
* Strong nursing skills and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed
