Roles & Responsibilities
* Perform various administrative activities to support the assigned work team.
* Assist executives with tasks such as budget preparation, record maintenance, and generating reports related to operations, personnel changes, etc.
* Use company software to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.
* Design processes to enhance workflow.
* Serve as an administrative liaison with internal and external contacts regarding administrative issues.
Experience Required
* HR experience with payroll support (excluding payroll processing) is required.
* Exposure to ADP or Kronos payroll systems is strongly preferred.
Skills & Certifications
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to generate and manage reports, statistics, and presentations using company software.
* Organizational skills to assist in budget preparation, record maintenance, and process design.
Eligibilities & qualifications
* Education : High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Experience : Must have HR experience with payroll support; exposure to ADP or Kronos is a plus.
