Roles & Responsibilities

* Perform a variety of administrative activities to support the assigned work team.

* Assist in budget preparation and maintaining records.

* Generate reports on operations, personnel changes, and other key metrics using company software.

* Compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.

* Design processes to improve workflow and efficiency.

* Act as an administrative liaison within and outside the company on administrative issues.

Experience Required

* At least 1 year of experience in data entry, SAP, Excel, and export processes.

Skills & Certifications

* Proficiency in SAP

* Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office Suite

* Strong clerical and data validation skills

* Document validation and work tracking

* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems

Eligibilities & qualifications

* Education : Minimal high school diploma required
