Roles & Responsibilities
* Assist the manager in budget preparation, record maintenance, and generating reports on operations and personnel changes.
* Compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, and presentations using company software.
* Provide input for designing processes to enhance workflow and operational efficiency.
* Serve as an administrative liaison with internal and external teams regarding administrative issues.
* Organize and maintain electronic files and manage communication within the team.
* Schedule and coordinate team events and meetings.
* Perform basic research and minimal project management to support manager directives.
Experience Required
* Minimum 3 years of administrative experience supporting a manager and team.
* Proven experience in working with vendors for project management.
* Prior experience in EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) is highly desirable.
Skills & Certifications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including:
* Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Proactive, self-reliant, and independent with strong attention to detail.
* Basic project management and research abilities.
Eligibilities & qualifications
* Associate's Degree (AA), or Equivalent work experience of at least 3 years in administrative roles.
* Demonstrated expertise in supporting managers and teams with administrative tasks.
