$15.00/hr - $15.00/hr This range is provided by Andretti Indoor Karting & Games. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner. Repair, fix and maintain mechanical equipment and machines. Painting, plumbing, flooring, electrical, heating and air repair. Maintain grounds and parking lot including garden, mowing lawn, trimming, edging and collecting trash. Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming). Remove garbage daily from around the facility. Handle emergency cleanups as directed. Proper usage of cleaning chemicals, safety attire and tools. Complete inspections of all back-of-house and front-of-house areas with Maintenance Manager. Observe and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence. Assist with guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive guest experiences. Maintain a constant working knowledge of the Andretti brand, product and policies. Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting with Guests and co-workers. Perform Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned. Be aware of and knowledgeable about facility emergency procedures. Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent. The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday. Ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends. Physical Requirements

Walk or stand for extended periods of time. Lift up to 15 lbs regularly; may lift up to 50 lbs with stocking and movement. Ability to bend, reach, lift, climb and perform related tasks. Ability to communicate quickly and accurately. Work environment may include bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds. Manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment. Understand and maintain safety standards at all times.
