Commercial HVAC Construction Project Manager / Sales
Position Overview
This role is responsible for selling, managing, and delivering commercial HVAC construction projects from initial client contact through final closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, understands commercial construction timelines, and is comfortable owning both revenue and project success.
What You Will Be Doing Sales & Preconstruction
Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, property managers, and owners
Identify and pursue new commercial HVAC opportunities
Perform site walks, scope projects, and prepare accurate bids and proposals
Negotiate contracts and secure awarded work
Project Management
Manage multiple commercial HVAC construction projects simultaneously
Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Oversee schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation
Communicate with field supervisors, GCs, engineers, and inspectors
Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and contract requirements

What You Will Need

Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, plans, and specifications
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical schedules
Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency with estimating and project management software
Valid driver’s license
