Role Overview
Pick and pack to ensure all orders are pulled and packaged properly to be loaded
Ensure all orders are loaded properly on the correct trailer and all the paperwork is complete so the orders can ship
Develop and maintain a clean, safe working environment and ensure participation in safety programs and required trainings
Consistently demonstrate and incorporate principals of safety for self and others into daily activities
Sort and move product interdepartmentally while operating and using a variety of material handling equipment, including, but not limited to, forklift, hand-helds, racks, etc.
Perform all duties in a manner that promotes team concept and encourages team effort
Perform other duties as assigned that would lead to successful operation of department, team, and/or company mission
Desired Traits

Dynamic self-motivation and ability to work a flexible schedule

Education / Experience
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Warehouse hand-held ERP technology experience a plus but not required – training will be provided
Working Demands and Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time

Distribution Manager / Supervisor
