What This Role Will Be Doing In this position you will operate digital print machines, troubleshoot equipment, monitor product quality, and collaborate with the production team to meet delivery schedules.
Duties (but not limited to)
Use computer interfaces to set up, change equipment, and track orders while maintaining high quality standards.
Interact and communicate with internal employees at all levels, working both independently and as part of a team.
Inspect printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.
Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Maintain safe working conditions and properly log machine operations and parameter checks.
Keep work area neat and orderly.
Perform preventive maintenance duties daily.
Identify issues promptly and take corrective action.
Read paperwork, interpret instructions, and exercise good judgment.
Execute basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) in all units of measure.
Analyze and solve problems and collect data to draw valid conclusions.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Passion for innovation in print technology
Excellent creative thinking, graphic design, typography skills, and knowledge of the print process
Collaborative team player but also capable of independent work

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (phone manner, oral, and written)
Highly organized, flexible, and responsive to immediate issues with attention to detail and deadlines
Motivated to go beyond the job description to ensure projects are completed on time
Education / Experience
Preferred: Associate degree in printing technology or related field
Optional: High school diploma or equivalent with two years’ experience
Working Demands / Physical Requirements
Up to 80 % of time spent on the manufacturing floor
Occasional short‑term out‑of‑town travel
Overtime required during high‑priority projects
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on the production floor
Reporting Reports to the Production Manager.
