Support strategies and processes to drive store sales through a customer-centric mindset

Recruit, hire, and develop productive Brand Associate and Expert teams

What is Required (Qualifications):

1-3 years of retail management experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience in a customer-focused retail environment

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire team members through coaching

Familiarity with retail technology and operational processes

Willingness to travel as required for the position
