Job Title: Shipper/Receiver As a Shipper/Receiver, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, and stocking finished goods needed to fulfill customer orders. You will complete shipments using ERP systems and tablets, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments meet packaging, customer, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Complete shipments using ERP system and/or tablet.

Pull, package, and palletize products for shipment.

Ensure incoming and outgoing shipments meet packaging, customer, and quality standards.

Receive, stock, and rotate product.

Identify, tag, store, and locate finished inventory.

Create and apply documents such as shipping labels, packing lists, and bills of lading for each pallet/shipment.

Maintain a clean work environment.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

Experience in shipping and receiving, stocking, and using an RF scanner.

Proficiency in operating a forklift and reach truck.

Ability to prioritize safety by demonstrating safe work practices.

Mathematical reasoning skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Strong communication skills to effectively relay information across departments.

Understanding of quality standards and quality control processes.

Ability to work independently and follow both written and oral instructions.

Problem-solving skills to deal with a variety of situations.

Ability to consistently demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Powered Industrial Truck Certification required

3 years' of experience in warehouse, logistics, and/or shipping-good tenure preferred

Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Results-focused with the ability to multitask and take initiative.

Customer service skills to apply principles and processes on the job.

Reading comprehension skills to interpret safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions.

Work Environment This full‑time, non‑exempt position is located in Las Vegas, NV, with working hours from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The role requires regular standing, walking, and the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with proper equipment. The work environment involves operating large equipment around moving mechanical parts, with a loud noise level and potential exposure to dust, heat, cold, wet, or humid conditions. The job does not require travel.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
