PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Apply quality assurance principles in a manufacturing environment to support compliance and prevention of defects
Verify that in-process controls, inspections, and work instructions are followed correctly
Perform verification checks using quality forms and checklist to confirm process capability and compliance
Perform quality inspection such as dimensional with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, scales, etc.), & visual inspection as well as other qualification and validation tests such as DSC, tensile, and etc.
Support identification, segregation, and documentation of nonconforming product in accordance with Quality procedures
Ensure correct application and removal of API monogram per authorization and nonconformance status
Complete accurate documentation and maintain required quality records
Support corrective actions by identifying trends, recurring issues, or process gaps
Wear appropriate PPE at all times
Comply with all NOV Company, HSE, and Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
High Scholl Diploma or Associate’s degree preferred (Quality, Business, Engineering, or related field)
Three years of verifiable work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Factory environment with wide temperature variation
Standing, walking, bending, and stooping up to 12 hours daily
Repetitive movement (shoveling, sweeping, fastening) up to 12 hours daily
Lifting to 50 lbs. regularly
Push/pull activities up to 12 hours daily
Travel less than 10%

Ability to learn and follow technical repair, assembly, and verification procedures
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to read and understand drawings, instructions, and work procedures
