We are looking for an Orthotist for our Orthotics Department at the Royal North Shore Hospital. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Where You'll Be Working Royal North Shore Hospital Orthotics Department
What You'll Be Doing The Orthotic Department delivers care across multiple level 5 and 6 services. Care is delivered in ICU, ED, orthopaedics, paediatrics, state‑wide spinal service, and the state‑wide burns service among others. Outreach services are provided to Ryde and Hornsby Hospitals. The department employs junior and senior orthotists to deliver innovative orthotic care to the community.
Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria
Bachelor or postgraduate degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics and eligibility for membership of the Australian Orthotic Prosthetic Association.
Demonstrate skills and knowledge in the provision of Orthotic service to consumers, carers and families requiring assessment, intervention, appropriate referral and discharge planning.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage workload demands, meet deadlines and complete activities (including ability to work within scope of practice and seek assistance when required).
