Overview Join our team as a Housing Clinician at our Granite City, IL location. This role offers an opportunity to drive positive developments while adapting quickly to assignments at various locations with possible in-the‑moment changes. This position works Tuesday through Saturday evenings from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Responsibilities

Perform administrative duties such as data entry, paperwork completion, and meeting assessment deadlines.

Provide consumer‑driven services, ensuring maintained service levels and timely completion of authorizations.

Conduct therapy sessions, offer community support, and provide medication training.

Champion Chestnut’s commitment to customer service excellence, confidentiality, and the recovery model of treatment.

Foster positive interactions within the Chestnut community and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent with five years of social service or peer experience; or

Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS); or

Bachelor’s degree.

Valid driver’s license and private automobile insurance.

Basic computer proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, and EMR.

Compensation and Benefits The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $21.00 - $22.00 an hour. Pay is based on job‑related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.
