IT Support Specialist (L2) Location: Vevey, Switzerland

Type: Full-time, On-site

Hours: 8 hour per day

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time, on‑site) IT Support Specialist (L2) in Switzerland.

Skills

Advanced troubleshooting & root cause analysis

Handling escalated L2 tickets via ITSM tools

Windows & macOS system administration support

Active Directory & Office 365 support

Networking & VPN troubleshooting

Responsibilities

Provide on‑site Level 2 IT support and advanced technical troubleshooting

Support hardware, software, and end users

Handle escalations from Level 1 support

Basic to intermediate networking support

Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Requirements

Valid Swiss work permit

Fluency in English & local language (French preferred)

Previous experience as a Level 2 IT Support Specialist
