What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts, pick-path verifications, and bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and lost/found bin issues through root‑cause analysis
Research, reconcile, and process exception orders, receipts, and returns in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Mentor new and existing team members on best practices related to WMS and inventory controls
Identify opportunities for process optimization and support continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a transaction‑intensive warehouse or distribution center environment using WMS/inventory‑management systems
Proficient in operating material‑handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and common office tools (Excel, Word)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize trends and recommend corrective actions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration at all organizational levels
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Kaizen events, Lean initiatives, and cross‑functional projects
Familiarity with inventory shrink and cycle‑count variance analysis
Previous leadership or coaching experience in a warehouse environment
