Maintenance Supervisor, Stamping, Semi Tesla

Location: Sparks, NV

What to Expect As Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage a group of equipment maintenance technicians responsible for equipment availability and performance. Manage workload with a positive attitude as a hands‑on team player in a collaborative environment. You must build upon previous successes and lead your Maintenance team to the next level, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and department leaders to address concerns. Your outstanding interpersonal, organizational and management skills demonstrate your ability to be an innovator and change agent.

What You’ll Do

Provide effective supervision, training and coaching to shift employees to achieve required equipment uptime, equipment repairs, and production goals.

Ensure that standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are current, accurate, and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum quality.

Lead environmental health and safety (EHS) assurance functions: ensure safety training is current, document incidents, proactively correct hazards, and empower continuous improvement.

Work with employees to resolve technical and machine problems.

Schedule preventive maintenance to meet production needs.

Maintain ongoing preventive maintenance program, department records and inventories.

Oversee equipment upgrades and refurbishment projects, coordinating effectively with vendor support.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of industrial supervisory or similar leadership experience.

Metal stamping experience highly preferred; high volume manufacturing.

Strong preventive maintenance development experience; familiarity with reliability‑centered maintenance principles.

Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality and quantity.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities, establish and achieve goals.

Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CMMS preferred.

Command of the English language, both written and verbal.
