Follows maintenance schedules and supervisor instructions according to company policies.
Performs routine repairs and general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and plastering.
Replaces lighting and performs maintenance in high areas safely.
Responds to unscheduled maintenance needs and emergencies.
Services and replaces heating and cooling systems in compliance with guidelines.
Replenishes maintenance supplies and follows preventive maintenance routines.
Identifies and reports malfunctions, hazards, and defective equipment promptly.
Maintains strict adherence to safety protocols during all tasks.
Participates in ongoing training and educational sessions.
What You’ll Do
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical).
Follow preventative maintenance schedules and safety procedures.
Service heating and cooling systems per manufacturer guidelines.
Replace light bulbs and maintain lighting systems.
Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly store tools and supplies.
Assist with unscheduled maintenance tasks as needed.

What We Need From You
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least one year of maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
