Job Summary Deypher is seeking experienced recruiter to support the placement of qualified candidates on Federal contracts in Military Treatment Facilities throughout the world. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruiting, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Associate's degree in medical or business focus
Experience:
2+ years in government healthcare recruiting
Proven ability to support multiple LCATs, including structured and competency-based interviews
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Outstanding customer service and communication skills to manage client and candidate relationships effectively
Proficiency with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Account Managers to fully understand position requirements, qualifications, and hiring priorities
Source, screen, and hire qualified professionals for a wide range of healthcare roles, including physicians, nurses, specialists, technicians, and administrative staff
Build and maintain candidate pipelines through networking, industry contacts, professional associations, trade groups, and employee referrals
Conduct pre-screening and in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability
Coordinate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Promote Deypher’s reputation as an employer of choice within the healthcare and federal contracting community
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Stay current with recruiting trends, tools, and best practices; recommend improvements as needed
Ensure compliance with all federal, regulatory, and contractual recruitment requirements
Work Environment and Schedule Remote/Hybrid San Antonio. Variable working hours to meet the needs of candidates to fill assigned requisitions.
