Job Title Delivery Manager
Job Summary The Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful operations of assigned projects/accounts and serves as the first line leader and representative of Decypher with our clients and partners. The Delivery Manager serves as an operational lead, developing and driving customer relationships, a trusted business partner to clients, and deploying industry best practices to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the execution of contracts, including staffing, onboarding and orienting new hires, representing Decypher at customer meetings, making required site visits, and completing all project‑related requirements on time.
Ensure all deliverables covered under the PWS are met.
Engage and leverage shared service resources to achieve business goals.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identify new opportunities, negotiate alliances and joint ventures, and drive revenue growth.
Maintain senior‑level client relationships through quarterly meetings and outcome‑based discussions.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums.
Model high standards of integrity, professionalism, and appearance.
Shared Services Center Engagement
Engage and collaborate with Recruiting and Credentialing to meet staffing requirements.
Coordinate with recruiting and Human Resources for onboarding and system access.
Coach, discipline, and communicate employee performance issues with Leadership and HR.
Ensure accurate timekeeping and resolve issues promptly.
Report workplace safety incidents and support investigations.
