Role Overview

We are seeking experienced recruiters to support full‑cycle recruiting across professional, technical, and skilled roles. This is an independent contractor role designed for recruiters who value autonomy, accountability, and performance‑based earnings. There is no limit to what you can earn; compensation is directly tied to successful placements. Your results drive your income.

At the same time, this role requires recruiters who operate ethically and transparently. We do not misrepresent roles, compensation, or client expectations. We protect our clients’ brands and treat candidates with respect throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full‑cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance

Source, screen, and present candidates who are both qualified and aligned

Conduct structured, honest phone screens and candidate assessments

Communicate roles, expectations, and feedback clearly and accurately

Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers through decision‑making

Maintain accurate documentation and real‑time status updates

Represent BRK Strategies with professionalism, discretion, and credibility

Engineering (Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical)

Manufacturing, Operations, and Plant Leadership

Skilled Trades and Technical Professionals

Supply Chain, Procurement, and Program Management

Aviation, Facilities, and Ground Support Equipment roles

Corporate and Professional Services functions

Requirements Ideal Background

3+ years of recruiting experience (military, agency, and or in‑house)

Proven success filling professional, technical, or hard‑to‑fill roles

Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills

Comfortable operating independently in a 1099 environment

High ethical standards and a relationship‑first mindset

Clear, direct communication with candidates and clients

Experience using an ATS (Zoho Recruit is a plus)

Uncapped commission structure, no limit on earnings, paid per successful placement

Clear fee splits and payment terms established upfront

Performance‑based model with no artificial caps or quotas

Recruiters who consistently deliver results can build meaningful, long‑term income.
