Crossroads Animal Hospital, a member of Western Veterinary Partners located in Colorado Springs, is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to provide high‑quality, client‑centered care in a supportive, team‑driven environment.

In This Role, You Will

Provide exceptional patient care during surgical and dental procedures, including anesthesia monitoring, patient preparation and recovery, and dental cleanings and radiographs.

Support efficient exam room flow and deliver outstanding client communication.

Review treatment plans, provide discharge instructions, and answer client questions with empathy and clarity.

Work closely with the team to carry out the veterinarian’s orders during outpatient visits, ensuring every patient receives attentive, high‑quality care.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $21‑$24

Bonus package: $2,000

Continuing education allowance: Up to $1,000 annually (based on tenure)

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting

Current Colorado Veterinary Technician License

Proficiency in:

Client communication

Anesthesia induction/monitoring

Dental prophylaxis

IVC placement

Outpatient care
