Chesapeake's is looking for a Prep Cook to work on banquets and catering at their West Knoxville location!
Responsibilities include: preparing products for plated meals and buffets, maintaining accuracy of service temperatures, keeping a clean and sanitary work environment, performing all food procedures correctly.
Flexible work schedule.
You will also need to ensure kitchen equipment is functioning properly. The individual will assemble ingredients according to menu specifications.

Math skills and understanding of basic conversions
Must be able to use a digital scale and thermometer
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and more on occasion (with assistance)

Demonstrate the ability to follow recipes
