Experience/Abilities Required
5+ years of experience in HVAC/R repair
Knowledge of the principles of refrigeration and related controls, allowing for effective diagnosis, repair and installation of appliance reach-ins and ice machines
Strong understanding of how to measure and adjust super heat, refrigerant pressures and temperature controls is required
Also understands the use and application of alternate refrigerants for retrofit repairs on refrigeration equipment
Ability to maintain positive customer relations, both internal and external
Other Requirements
Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
Be available for on-call duty
Attend monthly safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Ability to handle physical workload
EPA certified
Clean driving record
Clear background check and drug screen
