System Administrator I
Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Administrator I to join our team! The System Administrator must provide Infrastructure Server and Storage, and Network Sustainment services that support the Government’s High Performance Computing (HPC) across two sites (NSAW and NSAU).
Responsibilities include system‑level design, architecture of enterprise security and security boundaries, datacenter virtualization, CAN/MAN/LAN infrastructure, packet capture software, TCP/IP protocol stack, routing/switching protocols, stateful firewalls, and L3/L4 access controls.
Qualifications
B.S. in a technical discipline and 3 years' experience as a system administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required; alternatively, 8 years' experience in lieu of a degree.
DoD 8570 IAT II level certification required.
Proficiency in the following: provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems; manage IT system infrastructure and related processes; support day‑to‑day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.; provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution; communicate status to agency management and internal customers; configure and manage Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems; install and load operating system software; troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network components; implement operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
Provide support to IT systems including day‑to‑day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
Optimize system operations and resource utilization; perform system capacity analysis and planning.
